Contemporary culture often presents art as a purely subjective activity, detached from truth, beauty, or any objective meaning. My work begins from a different conviction: that beauty is not invented but discovered.

Through painting, I seek to recover a vision of art rooted in reality and to reintroduce beauty as the proper end of art, just as health is the proper end of medicine. Beauty, truth, and goodness are inseparable transcendental realities, and art can serve as a means of access to them. Rather than creating images that merely provoke or deconstruct, I aim to create works that reintegrate the fragmented dimensions of art—form, matter, meaning, technique, and symbol—into a coherent whole that invites contemplation, reveals meaning, and awakens wonder and hope.

Drawing inspiration from classical, sacred, and mythological traditions, I explore themes of transcendence, identity, virtue, suffering, hope, and the human search for meaning. These traditions continue to speak to contemporary life because they address realities that remain universal and enduring.

For me, painting is not simply a form of self-expression. It is a way of participating in the discovery of what is true, good, and beautiful, and of making those realities visible through form, light, and symbol.

In an age increasingly marked by fragmentation and uncertainty, I believe art can once again become a place of encounter with beauty and a reminder that reality is deeper than it often appears, that life has meaning, that we are called to eternity, and that artists have the responsibility to make that visible.
