All original artwork sales are final.

Authenticity

Each original artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Shipping

Shipping arrangements are handled through independent third-party carriers.

Whenever available, shipments are insured and provided with tracking information.

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the safe delivery of each artwork, Edith Pons Art is not responsible for delays, customs procedures, or events beyond the control of the shipping carrier.

Import Duties and Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Intellectual Property

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All copyrights remain the property of Edith Pons.
